Collected the blue flash today. Was thinking on Friday about coming back to the S2 camp as the Tdi camp is quite dull. Economical, but dull... ;o)

Let me thank brm180 for pointing out that it was in fact an S2. When I saw it on PH on Friday night (no pictures) I'm pretty sure it just said 20V...

Anyway, put a deposit down without seeing the car as I was in Bristol at the time. According to the sales guys (could be a lot of cr*p), this was a smart move as there was a lot of interest in the car Sat morning. Who knows...

So today it drove fine on the test run, but on the way home there was some hesitation when booting it in 5th and 6th. Booked it in next Monday to get looked at, which I would've done anyway. Hopefully there's nothing too scary lurking behind the blue bonnet!

The average mpg on the computer showed 9.8!!!! Jeez, track days only??? Was looking a bit more respectable by the time I got home tho.

        Rear leccy windows. Nice...

Who was last to have it on here?

          Jim owned it.
Lets hope it has been looked after since he parted with it. At least it's back in the family. Welcome back.

ah P9 Blu is back I *almost* sold my own S2 for that one when Jim was going to trade it in but the timing wasn't right financially.

It was a fantastic, unqiue spec of an S2 and that colour is truely one of the best....well aside from pearly white

                    Enjoy!

Yeah, they said they had a lot of interest from other dealers, couldn't let that happen!
