What can I except with a good chip, 400 hp?
If it has no blue plate with numbers on it, this is custom made turbo, which can be whatever it is . Stock cold side housing was hosting compressor wheel which was capable around 360-400hp. What is compressor capable now - we can only guess. If it's some compettition porsche one - add ~60-100hp.

This turbo is custom made, all numbers are not KKK nomenclature. If you want, you can ask creators of this turbo what it is capable, maybe they will answer.
