    Genuine GT3071 For Sale

I am selling a turbo we were going to use on a nova turbo, only selling due to moving upto a GT4088.

The turbo is brand new and was supplied by CR Turbos, its on a T25 flange so if I have done my research correctly should fit the S2 manifold (please correct me if I am wrong though)

The turbo is however internally gated but the wastegate could either be welded up or I'm sure Vince could supply or maybe exchange the housing as it is totally unused.

It also comes with the V Band clamp for the downpipe fitting, actuator and bracket however I appreciate these wouldn't be needed on a S2.

I would of advertised it on the Ford forums but the turbo flange wont suit a YB and everyone in the Vauxhall world either has no money or wants a trillion hp for £5 so I thought I'd advertise it on here as everyone seems to be more realistic.

    £700 ovno

        Thanks

That car is(was) nearly complete but the Gt40 upgrade does suprisingly mean some major alterations lol

I'm gutted I'm so broke as after buying Dest's old S2 I'm wanting more power already, sadly its my main car and upping the power won't make it any cheaper to run so it will have to stay as it is for a while.

              GT3071 in a Nova - whoa betty !

I presume thats a 2 litre 16V Ecotec donkey in that Nova engine bay - can't imagine anything smaller having enough capacity to drive a GT3071 properly.

I had no idea that any of the GT30R series could run with an internal wastegate - I thought the biggest thing Garret had with internal WG was based on GT28RS (rampant potato or whatever it is commonly called).

T25 flange could be an issue for S2 apps, but changing that to T3 or KKK variants for the normal manifolds encountered on this forum shouldn't break the bank.

Audiman ran the 3071 with an internal WG on his Golf 1.8t but changed it to external.

I think Kalset has one on his car as well..

Not my fav but garrett made it an option late on in the range

GT40 on a C20LET will be mental quick once you get traction......... Even a GT30 will make one quick Nova.

I had a C20 LET Mk3 Astra Gsi with around 380bhp and that was quick!!!!

I have a T3 flange for sale, not sure it will fit a internal WG version tough.

thanks for the replies. I haven't got any internet access at home so i'm using my phone so sorry for the lack of pics. What flange does the s2 manifold use then ? I had read somewhere on the forum of someone using the 71 so i thought it might be of use to someone on here. The nova will be mad, no expense spared, i'll guess eventually we'll expect 700hp and 500lb ft, obviously everything hp trial and error so it will take time to get perfect. Low 10's on slicks is the aim though
