Is Lativa an EU country?
Cos you would have to pay import duty if not, i believe this applies to new or 2nd hand items, could be wrong tho.Ant

Yeah. We just joined the EU. No need for import taxes and duties.
Anyway person to person parcels are free of duties and taxes !!!!
