    120 Amp Alternator

I have for sale as per above. The original item was from an AAN engine and should fit the S2s, I have changed the pulley to a "V" belt and removed the original multiV. I run it on a WR quattro using the S2 leftside bracket from an S2. The alternator was new and I can say that it has not done more then 4k miles, more like 3K.
I can send picture if required.
    Looking for 50gbp plus postage

I bolted to the S2 L/S bracket and it fits on the bracket I would assume so, you may have to change the front pulley

It is a bolt on one and from memory it has a keyway, lots of time has passed since I did it, the shaft has an allen keyway slot to change the pulley, I coud take it apart if you wanted me to.

I cannot be sure if it will fit, I have no means to make a positive answer, apologies for that.

in my current (no pun intended) situation I cannot afford to risk it...
if it was a case of only messing about a bit I would have it now...

                  sorry ...

That is fair enough, I think it will fit but I cannot say 100%

As mentioned it does fit on the s2 bracket on the radiator side,

The measurament between the front mounting face of the front lug that bolts on to the bracket and the lug on the adjuster on the alternator to the end of the shaft is 41mm, I cannot tell you the length of the shaft as the pulley is not coming off at the mo and I do not want to damage it. The distance between the fix mountings (front and rear lugs) and the adjuster lug is approx 165mm.

Hope this is of some help

No I have not, but if you have the original alternator you can change it over
