S4/S6 rear calipers for 280x22 coupe upgrade

    Brand new and unused.

Purchased 2 weeks ago from quattrocorner. Surplus to requirements after finding my coupe already had them fitted!!!

Part numbers 447 615 423 and 447 615 424. For the rear coupe upgrade you will also need:

    B7 Disc, 300x22 vented - 8E0 615 601R (2-off)
    A8/S8 carrier - 4D0 615 425C (2-off)
    S8 pads for those 280mm discs - 1J0 698 451L
    50mm long caliper carrier bolts - N101 815 02 (4-off)... Shortened to ~35mm for the task

Also recommended along the way is new brake lines and clips for handbrake...
    S2 Coupe rear hose - 893 611 775 (2-off)
    Brake union clip clamps - 4D0 611 715B (2-off)
    Handbrake cable lock clip - N900 527 02 (2-off)

Looking for £250 which is slightly less than i paid for them.

Thats right mate - both callipers only.

At first i did some high speed stops and couldn't seem to feel that much difference from my old setup (baring in mind i already had the uprated calipers) but after driving about some more this evening im quite impressed how much more balanced the car feels underbraking... maybe i shouldnt upset the balance now by installing the brembo 8-pots... or maybe i should

          As you're researching this?

Do you happen to know the part numbers for the metal brake fluid pipes on the front of an RS2's brakes?

Also does anyone know what discs to use on the front of an S2 that is looking to use RS2 calipers and brackets on a 5 x 112 stud pattern?

Trim the disc down to 304 mm from ?

or space out the calliper on the bracket - how ?

Hopefully this is not considered a thread hijack?

          Thanks in advance.

          Kind regards.
