I need the money by next week, so if someone leaves a deposit by monday, then they can have this bargain, but othewise I am keeping the car as it will be too late, to do what I want to do with the money. Cheers.
Unmarked Condition - This car was sold to a Mr L on the 24th of November 1994 at Dovercourt Audi by a salesman named Mr J.Nestola, the Audi having been PDI'd the day earlier.
The service history book is just part of a massive collection of documents including the full original leather bound owners pack supplied by Dovercourt Audi including the original instruction manual, Audi Breakdown 'ON CALL' Booklet stamped with the original owners details.
The RS2 is Metallic Volcano Black with Black Nappa Leather as it left the factory.
There are no holes in the Nappa leather, there are no cracks or damage to ANY bodywork or interior trims, the lower door mouldings have been replaced at a cost of £980 fitted and painted and nearly all suspension mountings have been renewed in the last 2 years. I own 3 RS2 Avants, and I need to buy a house, so unfortunatley this RS2 that is the most desireable to me has to go as. I would like to be able to buy this car back from someone when i have the money, so a club memmber would be prefered to buy my car as I need to know that it will go to a good home and especially that it will not be stripped for its highly valuable, ireplaceable and unmolested 5 cylinder Audi/Porsche turbocharged engine.

The original 'MASTER COPY' invoice for this car for the first owner is included in the sale, documenting the total invoice price of £46245.15, the first owners details, the Dovercourt Ltd stock book #4556, salesmans code # 31 and Audis UK Commission Number of 060497.
There have been thousands upon thousands of pounds spent maintaining this cherished Audi totaling up to £34,000 on servicing and replacement parts since 1994. This RS2 has never seen any engine power tuning or modification ever and is one of the few right hand drive U.K examples that is 'ALMOST AS IT WAS WHEN IT LEFT THE FACTORY IN STUTTGART'. THIS CAR HAS NEVER BEEN TAMPERED WITH EVER!!!!!
The bodywork is in fantastic condition, with NO CHIPS, NO SCRATCHES and NO DENTS anywhere.
The car drives fantastic, all the suspension bushes have been replaced with OEM VAG items and all the Shock Absorbers have been replaced, so there are NO SQUEAKS, NO RATTLES, NO BANGS, NO GROANS and NO TAPS whilst you drive the car, unlike some RS2's I have driven with non OEM bushes or worn out wishbone bushes and mounts.

It makes me sick too. If my uncle had not mentioned he loaned me the money to my mum, I could have kept her, but in fairness, I have had ample time to pay him back, ive just been puting it to the back of my mind!Comment

I have decided to keep her till the summer and take a loan out. I have spent too much sterling on her and too much time cuddling and kissing her in my garage with a feather duster to give her away. If a forum member would like her in a few months time after the seats have been re-connolised, the calipers refurnished, the engine bay prepped and polished along with a new OEM carpet, then she will be for sale after I have done the Concours de Elegance at GTI International! I will be asking £12000. :-)Comment
