Make sure you do alot of reading before you buy an RS6.

A friend of mine has one and in the last 12 months it has had £16k worth of work carried out on it but luckily it was all under warranty. Just about everything that could of gone wrong, did go wrong!

Mind you, now that everything has been replaced it's a phenominal car.

christ thats a shed load of money you can buy one for all that, i had a test drive a while ago and it actually scared me how quick it was i just thought wow ive got to get myself one of these!! but the good old s2 still turns heads in a big way especially these nackers that have bmw 318s with bodykits and massive spoliers and then you leave them standing and they wondering what the hell was that ha ha!!

NOT FOR SALE anymore!!! just cant part with it ive had it for 9 years and i still get a buzz from driving it am going to do a few little mods to it but first when the weather eases up am going to give her a good wash and polish and il put some photos on the forum!!!

cheers mate in all honesty i was never sure in the first place looks like the range rover might go instead god damn air suspension has gone today not looking forward to that bill especially when ive just spent the best part of £1k on the S2 never mind

I wouldn't want you to sell the S2 but in my experience of RR air suspension, a reset of the computer fixes it most times: my local garage charges £25.

cheers mate might try that. last time it went it was the air suspension valve block that went my local garage quoted £650 +vat and RR quoted £1k+vat and i bought it off ebay for £60 slight difference!!!

Don't get me started on air suspension... Cost be well over £1000 in parts for two air springs and a compressor that I fitted to our Allroad within the 1st yr of ownership. Been perfick since, so hah - thats put the scud on it
