    FS: Coil over sleeve kit

Have 1 par (1 axle) that are the same as the ones on my car.

they are made in regular black steel so you can spot-weld them to the strut.
    also made for 2,5" springs.

these will need custom upper spring perches for use with oem topmount, the ones from shop.a1racing.com should work.

i´ll gladly help any forum member with these when purchased, questions etc etc.

I can make more if there is enough interest (batch of 5-10 sets maybe) will have to talk to my friend first.

S2forum price for these are 70€ + shipping

I could also add that i could weld these to some struts and ship to you ready.. ( i may also can get the complete strut coated with Zinc electroplatingzinc plating)

then i would need to get struts sent to me, or if i buy some here and you will pay that price ontop + a little for building them.

70€ for 2 = 140€ for the sleeves, and what shall we say 25€ for making them welded to the strut

Zinc plating i am going to look up as soon as ive finished my front on my car

Nice work this as with your other work, would there be much difference between this and urq suspension?

I'm still up for some of these and stainless steel sounds promising. I'm really interested in the Zinc plating you mentioned, would you be able to do the struts with SS threads and then plate the whole thing?

I could send you my struts ready striped with the spring plates removed ect.

i would not recommend to use SS (since it´s not good to weld ss and regular steel, but still do-able)

but if you want to do it i´ll sort it out

i dont know price on the SS atm though

i will look further into the zinc plating later, when my front end is assembled and ready..

Thanks Alex, I was a little dubious about using stainless myself but would have trusted your judgement if you thought it to be an improvement. I take it yours are made from a high grade black steel?

I'm not in any rush as my cars off the road till next spring, let me know how you get on with Zinc plating.

High grade steel is not necessary, these "nuts" are so thick that they will handle the forces anyway

I´ll call em tomorrow about zinc plating actually i think
