A UK right hand engine harness will not work in a US spec car unless you want to do a crap load of extensions, soldering and shrink wrap.

huh. i guess i never thought of it like that. i mean i know the dash is opposite but i never assumed the harness would be all switched around for engine stuff. ok thanks

I am getting a quote for you today on the parts you asked for, I would be sitting down though as the last quote I ran through was ridiculous.

As for an ecu I have 1, its chipped though.

an AAN ecu will work with the aby harness. Might be cheaper and easier to get the AAN stateside, or you might already have one from your engine that you picked up...

i did have an AAN with a chipset but sold it a few years ago thinking i was going to do 034 stage IIc but now I just want to run a factory ecu for now.
