    FS: 2 x Type 85 Front coilovers

2 x type 85 front coilovers converted with Compbrake conversion kit.

Tig welded by me, blasted and then powder coated in black. Fitted with new Bilstein inverted dampers and 2 1/4" 450lb 8" Faulkner springs.

I will press in the new wheel bearings and fit a pair of front 4 stud hubs if I get the asking price. (I can also convert your rear struts if you need to complete a setup - PM for costs).

For sale due a move to 5 stud hubs - Price £350

Possibility of free delivery next week if you live near M6/Coventry/M40

    Cheers,
    Raymond

looks very nice! Chris is looking for coilovers for his type 85 90 quattro, looks like this could be what he is looking for.

Are the 450 lb springs very hard? What can they be compared with?

Ive not run them myself yet, I've taken a punt on other peoples experience and once I've got it up and running I'll adjust the spring rates if need be. S2Martyn on the forum is running 450lb front and 550lb... http://www.s2forum.com/forum/showthr...rallye&page=16 and judging by his post, the handling is pretty good...

            a few questions..

How much are the Bilstein dampers for the rears, and witch ones do i need?
Also Witch size dFaulkner springs do I require for the rears?

& How much are these 'helper springs' and what size/spec do i need front & rear for them?

Oh, & from where best should I buy the rear Bilstein dampers from?

            sorry for all the questions,,

            & thanks in advance.
