NoNonsense: Leaking head gasket and probably overheated head (lost it's geometry) and will require repair.
+ I have a fuel smell , oil cloud coming from the exhaust and strange click-click noice when the hood is open from the idle working head.
The most amasing thing is that NO-ONE knows about thouse engines around here. When you say Audi they say ok , when you say it's 5 pot turbocharged engine they say "no way we will repair it" .
I guess i will need a hell lot of parts to repair it.

Joe: Yes we have them , a lot btw. 100ts , 4000s , ur's, s4, s6. But ....
99% of them have a millage over 200 000. So rebuild of the head needed anyway.Vadim.
