oh god here we go over size crowns all new audi rods and crank and bearings stainless head gaskett re-bored and honed block uprated oil pump new water pump as i said everything top to bottom rebuilt not re conditioned all brand new including turbo pumps etc etc etc total cost with receipts £6700 obviously that includes labour it is an aby and run at power engineering as running standard boost and a torque curve pulling from 1450 all the way to 7000 and making power all the way roaded at 273 bhp with no upgrades on the ecu or boost remember there is no such thing as a cheap convrsion or a good qst conversionOriginally posted by charlieComment

ok mate work done by H&S who do specialist small scale tuning work take ages but do a proper job splitting the eng is not really something he wants to do( have you priced up bottom end parts, very very scary) i know when he had his done, he was quoted £1000 from qst for a no guarantee complete block, and cranks are between £600 to £900 plus vat and then there is the wait, the engine has only been run in and no more.Originally posted by audiman
