Cruise Control - Complete & Tested

I forgot that I had this in a box and is another item I am unlikely to make use of anytime soon. I got this as a complete set from a 20VCQ / 7A in the states.

It is complete with the following items -

    - Cruise Control Unit
    - Vacuum Pump & pipes - the bracket might need modified for S2/RS2 application
    - Vacuum Actuator & Link Rod (which might also need optimised for S2/RS2 fitment)
    - Vent switches and pipes (at brake & clutch pedals)
    - Stalk control (looks in lovely condition with no apparent scratches / gouges)
    - Wiring loom - with labels to aid installation on S2/RS2
    - Circuit diagram - annotated to help installation as well

I tested the loom last night and buzzed out every pin to be correct. I also tested the vacuum pump works and the actuator is airtight. I also tested both vent switches and they are good too...

This is not some random assortment of cruise components - it is everything you need for S2/RS2 installation - with the sole exception of either some modification to the vacuum pump bracket or purchase of the factory S2/RS2 bracket (small money and still available from Audi last I checked).

I will include a description of simple instructions for how to add this wiring into the S2/RS2 - it is LHD/RHD friendly - all you need to do is splice in three wires at one connector on this loom. Everything else is plug and play.

NOTE - The labels on the loom are just temporary to aid installation and need to be removed as they are not flameproof.

PRICE - £200 includes recorded postage within UK.

    Pics attached :

675 - everything in the box
    676 - the stalk control
678 - the control module (tucks up behind glovebox)

Paul i am not an expert with electric components.... , but what do you think about if it is very difficult to install it perfectly in a 3B coupe ?? only doing some custom bracket or buying a cheap part from audi?? If it is yes and you have everything i need i will buy it , i think that it is a nice upgrade for the long and tired travels

@Rocco - wiring is VERY easy... Only three splices needed onto the vehicle and I can photograph where those are to help the less experienced on Audi wiring.

DON'T throw away the 7A brackets and link rod as these are NLA now!

You will need to extend the part of the loom with the blue connector on it as this is too short for the RHD car, otherwise everything is plug and play.

Rocco is first up - he will maybe sell the 7A brackets for a gazillion pennies someday.

It will work... when wired correctly... I have just drawn a nice simple explanation of where to connect the loom plugs and how to make those 4 connections on the vehicle. I will place it in the box with everything else.
