Sorry but I think that 303 chip sell from Hoffer76 are for its K24 7000 hybrid turbo and not a stock K24 7000 turbo.
I will mount this setup on mine S2 ABY and so I will made a dyno and then post this here.

Setup of mine S2 Coupe ABY will be:

        - RS2 airbox

        - RS2 downpipe

        - RS2 ex manifold

        - RS2 intercooler

I don't know if mount also RS2 injectors and fuel pump, Hoffer76 tell me that is not necessary.

The 303 chip would seem to make more sense on a bigger hybrid of the K24 7000 - much like what SMS did... Keeping max boost below 1.5bar with ability to run higher boost than stock K24 into the red. I expect it should blow colder air as well being a little more efficient. Stock injectors would be OK to ~300bhp but little headroom for much more.

I would wager that with RS2 injectors and suitable mapping that the hoffer hybrid could do better than 303bhp and have mighty torque potential in the midrange.

Would be great to see dyno plots of both approaches.

Wow it's all far too complicated for tiny little brain, sounds like it might do more harm than good though reading between the lines. Or am I way off?

No, this chip will run fine with stock turbo. You just won't have 303 bhp, 270-280 is more like it.
The extra bhp's come from colder air due to increased efficiency of the larger coldside used, not from higher boost level (colder air = more dense, less ignition retard and enrichment by motronic... etc).

Nice to know that I can keep original fuel pump, for injectors I think that what says Paul is right, over 300 bhp is better mount RS2 injectors, have correct air/fuel ratio is very important in a turbo engine, I don't like punch my pistons for too high temperature caused from run poor in fuel.
After that I have this setup on mine S2 if Paul will be able to increase performance of Hoffer76 turbo I will be happy, problem is that we are too far for make this on a dyno, or this is the time that I come to England and visit my uncles and cousins in Scotland.

If you use different injectors you need a remap.
If you use RS2 software in ABY ecu and only change MAP sensor, your fueling will be off.

So you are sure that ABY/AAN injectors can supply about 303 bhp without problems?

It's not hard to calculate (but best idea is always to log injector time open with vag com).

                            Barely-barely.
                            Better to use 3B injectors.

I was using this chip on a hoffer spec hybrid k24 7000 turbo which is also in the for sale section.

TO SUM UP FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY THIS ECU:

The chipset is by Hoffer76 on the forum. he charges £300, he has done it for many other people, all with excellent feedback.

Yes you could get your ECU done for £300, but this way you can keep your old one as a spare or sell it for £200+

hi, i have these chips and maximum boost is 2.3 bar , which with the modified hybrid
k24 gives around the 300 plus mark no probs, if you used these chips with standard turbo probably around 270 hp , the k24 hybrid has a larger compressor wheel which gives you the more flow which in turn gives you the extra hp! These chips are very good and my s4 rockets with these and the hybrid on! ive had no issues with smoking holding back, high temperatures or any other problem which other cheap chip set ups can cause, but yes the comment on them being sms revo chips that someone made is pretty accurate , except the hybrid which i have is a much more modern design to the revo turbo and probably creates a bit more then 303hp maybe 310ish , hope this answers everyones questions and worrys , and either way that ecu is well worth that money and is reliable and if used with one of the hybrid k24 from hoffer has results , the torque you get is awsesome and in any gear you just fly , and in my view an excellent cost efficient mod!!
