Holset HX40 "Super 40"

For sale a HX40 turbo with the 60/85 7 blade "Super 40" compressor impeller and 75/65 Turbine impeller.

Bulleye power T3 0.70 A/R turbine housing with V-Band for the downpipe. It is a 600+bhp turbo!!!

Used for approx 2000km. Very good condition.

I wanted to hold on it but since it is the 3rd Holset i have (toghether with the HX35/40 hybrid i am using right now and a smaller i bought last week to try out).

Problem is i am using its compressor cover right now so either it comes without cover on i am gonna source one for you.

looking for 550 Euros + shipping.

I think it's not the best gear to show spool times but on 3rd gear when pressing the throttle at 3000rpm it gives 1 bar at 4100 (rs2 engine and cams, sq exhaust manifold and wagner intake-not sure on the intake). That with the bullseye t3 housing.

With the machined k26 housing I had sooner spool up times.

yes, thats the logged run on my setup. Definitelly a smaller AR turbine if you want faster spool. Otherwise, easily push more than 2bar and hell will brake loose! look at RS2002 car and vid. lots of grunt.

not my cup of tea, and looked for easier yet not cheaper solution, but turbo itself is very good
