    Complete Large Intercooler Setup

Changing my intercooler so offering for sale my current setup. Will be pretty much bolt on, although to use like i did you would need to remove the aux radiator and trim some plastic from the inside of your bumper. Here are pics from when it was first installed

The core size of the IC is 600x300x76mm. The setup was on the car for 18 months during which time it has covered about 3,000 miles. Here are some pics of what you would get, now that i have removed it all. IC was painted black when on the car (crossmember green) but have removed most of the paint.

As you can see there is slight damage to the rear of the IC from the pulley, but this doesn't effect the performance. All the hoses are good quality 4 ply silicone not cheap ebay crap. All the heavy duty hose clamps needed are included.

I'd like £220 including UK postage but of course open to offers.

Thanks for looking, any questions please ask.

might need a bit of work but should give a nice increase in power, about 40-50hp if everything I've read on ebay is true?

Intercoolers only make a power difference on boosted engines. Are you fitting a supercharger or turbo to the v6? If you are, would be interested to see your setup..

                        Lol quality pic!
                        Steve ignore these comments.
Basically an IC such as this one is of no use to you unless you have turbos or a super charger.
I'm presuming you didn't know that so theres nothing wrong with asking and I think the comments where only little niggles, no one was having a go at you.
People on here are generally very on the ball and it's almost a race sometimes to point out mistakes or incorrect comments.
I'm sure no offence was ment though.

                        Cheers.

would this be too large for fitting to an AAN / type85 conversion?

Has the cooler been pressure tested recently?

Are you including the cross-member bracket when you sell the IC?

                              Cheers
