Me too, I'm either finding a way of refurbing mine in June (have a few weeks turn-around) or spending £300 on new parts. So £100 sounds like a good deal to me... you up for it? What does it entail - I get the part down to you for refurb?

I am working on the ball and cup it's a right pain in the ***!!!

I used a spherical ball bearing. Alex also had this mod, but his doesn't not fit out of the box like mine so I can sell this solution plus it costs all most £100 in time and parts

Cheers james, when do you release the rest of the kit to replace a loose linkage

I think the ball joint is knackered on mine, as occasionally it feels like it 'pops' in place and shifting is much tighter for a few minutes, till it pops back again... hell, perhaps I should buy a new one.
