What's the slimmest you can do as a hubcentric mr Bambridge? I may need to get from an ET35 to an ET30 so would need a 5mm spacer?

I,m afraid 10mm is the slimmist you can go??

Its to do with the length of the 57mm spigot that protudes from the face of the brake disc ie 13mm.

This means you need to bore the spacer to 13mm +
As the spacer is only 10mm thk, to stop the hubcentric part falling of, you have to put a large chamfer on the hubcentric part
      Does this make sense

You can try these, i have sold loads on ebay
Aint got any 3mm ones left, these were very slow sellers.
You can try the 5mm ones if you like, if your not happy just send them back

I bought a pair of 10mm hubcentric from ebay last year - (might even have been from you!) They were very nicely made but the chamfer was too big to fit my RS6 replicas properly - they were fine on standard S2 Avus wheels but not the RS6's. Is it likely that the chamfer on your spacers will be just the same?

That sounds like the ones" Rsport UK Componets", i was selling the 5mm ones and you asked what other spacers i did. Didn,t you buy someothers aswell??

Its the chamfer that holds the spigot on, make it any smaller, and there wont be much material thickness left

Sounds familiar - I bought some 10mm hubcentrics first but then went for 15mm as the 10s weren't enough. However I have just looked up the transactions on my Paypal account and it was actually 2 yrs ago and from someone called ESP Engineering so it doesn't look like it was you!!
The 15s fitted fine on the RS6 reps on the rear but the 10s wouldn't fit the same wheels when I tried them on the front.
I would still like to try 10s on the front but from what you say I suspect that the chamfer on yours will probably be just the same due to constraints of the 10mm depth. Is the chamfer on your 10s any bigger than the chamfer on the 15s?

Thats very strange , coz i did sell some 10mm spacers to a guy last yr, and he had the same problem with his aftermarket wheels.
Anyway the chamfer on the 15mm are smaller then the 10mm.
