Is this the 4 pin Multi switch on the inlet manifold (Multi-Switch)

no, this is the inlet temperature sensor. The brown one on top of the inlet manifold.

the one you want is under the manifold on the water collector

an older version of etka has a b-prefix on the part for some reason. But it is the same part throuout Audi 100 to A6 quattro and obviously S2/RS2

not sure about the 3b though.
