Right, having just recieved a payment into paypal from a non UK, and non us verified person and being emailed and advised by paypal to redund and seek alternative payment I will not be taking any payments from non UK paypal as the payments can be subject to charge backs, I have the IBAN and BIC for my bank so payments can be made directly to there, I have been stung in the past by ebay/paypal refunding or not and dont want the problem again, im not doing this to be awkward
