I'm planning on fitting one to my soon to be daily driver MK II Golf GTi 16V, but not sure if it just bolts on. I think it may well do as I tried it on a MK III Golf at work and it fits that. I can see if it fit's a MK II tomorrow as there's one in the yard this week.1990 B3 2.0 80 quattro.

No it won't - the bolt hole pattern that the wheel bolts into will be.
