Forgive me if it's not the same one, but I think this is the one you outbid me on on eBay in about 2006. I was the high bidder at the £5 starting price IIRC with about 14 minutes left which was as late as I could bid as I had to go out. It was before the days of smart phones and eBay apps. I came home to check on it to find that you had outbid me in the last seconds and won it for something like £11. I don't know why but it's just stuck in my mind as I had needed one of these for a while as the lid on mine was broken, I was quite happy at the prospect of getting a brand new one at such a bargain price. I ended up having to pay more for a used one.

No need to be sorry, I do exactly the same to other bidders on eBay all the time. I think it is the fact that it is one of the few times I haven't been able to use that approach myself which is why I remember it. I only mentioned it as I find it quite funny how clearly I have remembered it whilst forgetting many more important things. I was annoyed at the time though!
