No idea. Ben's last post on the subject was two years ago in 2010 and where I got the asking price. It's likely they are NLA now, but who knows.
I've had offers via PM over double what I'm asking.
This isn't ebay, so my original asking price stands. It's provisionally sold awaiting payment to the first to contact me.

It's of no use to me now. TBH, it looks like an great big elephant knob and the reason it never found it's way into my S2 .
