I have an above for sale. It is not a straight fit to an S2 - it needs an adapter that Audi sell for around £7 IIRC.
It is very similar to the RS2,S2 23 soke wheel - it has a Sport badege that can easily be swapped for an S2 badge.
I was going to fit this before I got my hands on an RS2 wheel.
It comes with the airbag (unfired)
