the glass will be different so you'd really struggle seeing behind you more than just with normal mirrors.

btw they are still available in this country from audi for a good price.

The glass is different but so is the body. If you sit in the passenger seat and try to adjust the mirrors it is very difficult to get an acceptable angle.

That is what I was suggesting really, I buy the ones Rocco is selling and get them sent to you and you send me yours. Everyone gets what they want

Of course, doing it that way I have to trust everyone else as I have the most to loose. If you are interested in doing it that way could you send me some pictures of your mirrors and the part numbers please? I trust they are RS2 mirrors and not 968CS made to fit?
