New H&R fwd coilover rear springs

Pair of brand new rear H&R coilover springs for the rear of a fwd coupe or saloon, not sure what the difference is. Will try them on my avant asap.

Part number are 29490ha, they are red. Will sort pics asap.

£120, collection from Surrey preferred, or can post.

Are these ride height adjustable coilovers? Dont know how to find out if they would fit a 1995 2.0E Coupe do you?
