Brembo Front Calipers (993) & RS2 Caliper brackets

I have a pair of front calipers from a 911 3.6 Carrera (993, 1993-1997) and genuine RS2 brackets available.

Calipers are clean and in very good condition. No damage to any of the dust seals. They worked very well on my car. All pistons can be pushed back by hand easily. Also included are a set of Mintex pads which have done about 3000 miles, so also in very good condition, cost £55 new.

1. Calipers and pads £275

2. Calipers, pads, RS2 brackets and 5mm spacers £325

3. RS2 Caliper brackets alone £70

You can fit these calipers to a stock S2 using a 304mm A8 disc, or use the 5mm spacers with a 314mm A8 disc. Both options will fit under 16" Avus wheels.

I used them with no spacers and Standard 16 Mk s2 Avus Alloys but they were very close.

mine are 996T and fit under 16s (Avus) with 15mm spacers.

These are 993 Carrera calipers, NOT turbo/4S. Out of the factory, these calipers would have been fitted with 304mm discs. Therefore, as a guide, you can use them with discs between 295-315mm.

The 993 turbo and Carrera 4S where fitted with 322mm discs from factory, so these calipers are safe to use with 315-330mm discs.

If you go too big with the disc, you won't be able to make the pads sit within the outside diameter of the disc, and you need to have 100% of the pad surface contacting the disc.

You can fit these calipers with 315mm A8 discs under stock Avus wheels using 5mm spacers. No problem. They are also a straight swap upgrade for RS2 small reds.

Don't forget caliper spacers act on the radius of the disc, not the diameter. So an increase of 10mm of the outside diameter requires 5mm spacers.
