I've dealt with simon before and have found him to be a really good guy and not had no issues, if he'd have known about this he would have said.
Whats the point in swearing at someone and calling them names when they have tried being reasonable? If anyone should be sworn at it should be you for spending months messing people about over if your stripping that rs2 or not as you don't seem to be able to make your mind up what you want to do but i've not seen anyone on the forum swearing at you over that apart from the guy in your for sale thread as you wasted his time over it.

Had the same issue I just put my mrc chips in and off I went this was a 1995 ecu going in a 93 car

yep same problem i had, mind you at the end of the day it was worth it
I just need an exhaust now

so this remove the immob,by just changing the chips?

It did for me then I tried my 93 ecu in the 95 car and it worked having only swapped the chips
