I have the same red calipers. They work with A8 discs. Pads cost from 30 euro up. The textar (original porsche) is available now for 68 euro. A very good brake system, I can say. Mine cost almost 2000 euro complete so THIS is a bargain. Go for it.

Sorry - should have made it clearer. The picture was of the original kit when I got a year ago. They are second hand, but still in VERY good condition.
On closer inspection I've discovered that I do have the braded hoses that connect to each caliper, but no other parts.
So all that is needed are the brackets and you would be operational until the pads wear out completely.
I can probably so shipping through my work for £20.
