now is without any tolerance and works and holds boost perfectly .

first time 120€...

the second time i did it i paid 80

and now i know a guy who would do it for 60€ ¡¡ but now for the moment i dont need more than the 2 wastegates i own...

What is done with it, new bushing and/or valve? What tolerance between valve and bushing to prevent it from sticking when hot? New membrane?

nope , the only new parts are the bushing and valve, i dont know the tolerance.... but it works nicelly. in the machine shop they did a god job.

the wastegate was not re-painted and the membrane is in perfet condition but not new.
