Breaking my project

The shell I want to keep with the bumpers/sideskirts but the rest of the stuff I could get rid of.

This should get snapped up quickly as to my eyes, it appears to be pretty much a perfect project.

It's got quattro, an S2 fuel tank which is yet to see diesel, is freshly resprayed and has loads of mods.

Drop an S2 engine in and loom/ecu in and you should be laughing, especially with the ratios of the diesel box.

Hell, even if you bought a rough S2 and transferred the bits over you'd be in a good place, I wouldn't look at it purely as a diesel project.

if you are really brave, try and shoehorn a 2.7 bi-turbo in it...

As above. The bumpers are going to be going with the shell, there is no point in me removing them from the shell unless I scrap the shell which is a shame as its had a full glass out respray including the engine bay.

whats the shell price? do all the s2 bits swap straight over?

Its got a full s2 rear end on it with the coilovers. Everything would swap over. One bracket in the engine bay needs changing whilst one needs removing. One bracket underneath needs welding on and thats it. Everything else would swap over.

Had all the bodywork sorted if needed, rear arches was undersealed, new sunroof seal (£67 on its own)

i'll see what happens, I might just remove everything off the shell, take the brackets and keep the bits needed to do a conversion for in the future if I ever feel stupid enough to do another.

I've not recieved any pm mate, when did you send it and i'll have a look as i've recieved quite a few pm's about the car as a whole and the parts of it but I don't remember seeing one.

Yes everything, including the surrounds and the bracket for holding the headunit.
