RS2 turbo, RS2 EM and SMS ECU

Got the following setup for sale:
-K26 hybrid turbo (label replaced by SMS tuner)
-exhaust manifold (replica I think) with the usual cracks not worse than an original EM

These can be had for €550,- don't want to split really.

SMS tuned ECU, ECU is off an UrS4 €100,- plus I want your original ABY/AAN ECU

That does not look like an RS2 turbo to me
The turbine outlet looks too small.

You might be right, although I've read in some older posts in this forum that there were 2 sizes of RS2 turbo's, posted by Paul Nugent IIRC.

I have the same turbo (my old setup )and what I can say is the hot side is #6 like rs2 but the wheel it is a bit smaller and the spool is the same like kkk70 . This turbo with a proper remap can push 360 hp.

we will see what he will do our Dutchy friend with his turbo upgrades maybe he is after a GT30R or bigger¡

Not me my friend, got one of Hoffer's hybrids good for 400 bhp which is my goal and is enough for a type 85.
If only I stop buying other cars which always turn into small projects and take my spare time

Patrick´s turbo is some kind of hybrid between each one ( 24 7000 and 7200 )

Rs2 cold side 48mm hot side 55mm
SmS 46.5mm 49.5mm

I think we can realise is very close to rs2 but with better spool something between stock and rs2.

It would be more accurate to call it a K26 rather than an RS2. There is only one version of the RS2 if you exclude the mythical RS2 Comp! There have been hybrids of course.
It has the small K26 (50mm) turbine housing not the larger RS2 one so unlikely to have the RS2 turbine wheel and shaft. It also has a K26 compressor housing as fitted to UR/200/Porsche 944 models. So it might just have a 2664 compressor wheel, the largest being from the 944 250 bhp model. The only way to be sure would be to measure the compressor wheel!
