Now available il5 billet intake kit to fabricate your own alloy intake for your S/RS IL5. I've made a small number of intake flange kits. JP from JNL racing uses the very same flanges on his impressive stroker project.
These are designed to work with ross machining runner extrudes, and the Ross machining trumpets. With this set you can weld your own alloy intake manifold. The intake flanges is precision machined and finished with attention to detail. If applicable also available the baseplate machined to accept the ross billet trumpets. This baseplate also has the matching bolt to flange. This flanged is designed to be used as a weld base to the plenum. This is the same baseplate as used on the intake on my Sport Quattro replica, and is currently running and holding 2.8 bar / 900hp.
At the moment I have limited Ross extruded and trumpets parts in stock. You can buy the flange / baseplate and order your own Ross bits directly from Ross machining.
If there is popular demand I'm willing to buy a lot from from Ross to save you guys on shipping costs from the states. However this has to been seen over time and the amount of people interested.

Tapered intake design. you can bolt the flange to the head and match the intake to your heads intake ports. This can be done prior to welding, and will give you the best port match to your head. Price each € 299,-
Base plate + baseplate weld flange
With boltholes to accomodate a bolt on (removable) plenum for easy service
(excluding ross trumpets and bolts) set of 2 pcs € 175,-
Parts are in stock, so i can ship within a couple days. Payment paypal or bank transfer.
