My low mileage 7A engine is available, I've included everything I can think of required to retrofit this as an engine swap, into a Type85 for example.
Before anyone says its expensive for a 7A, yes it is - but I could break the engine into bits for the same amount, and it seems like a real shame to do that to such a rare commodity, so I'd rather someone took it as it is and used it properly rather than split it into parts.
I am unsure of the output but it feels around 185-190hp. - its is easily the fastest 7A I have driven. With some modern injectors and a remap I think it would clear 200hp.
Bit of history, I bought the engine off another forum member who had removed it from an uninsured write-off coupe in 1994, then dry stored until I bought it in 2011.
The engine itself has a couple mods:
Piper cams, S2 windage tray and an S2 oil thermostat housing fitted.
