Sierra Motorsports! What a small world! That's where I scored my RS2 bumper too! It's pretty stout piece don't you think? And it's bit weighty too. If I had known they also sold an S2 bumper knockoff, I would have gotten it off of them.
What do you think happened to the molds? Were they destroyed, sold off, or does Sierra still have them? Any clue?
They had a company making the pieces for them, I think they were in Salt Lake City . I'm not sure what happened to the molds.
As of last summer, Four Star Motorsports still had access to the molds from their S2 rally car. They could do either fiberglass or carbonfiber front fenders and modified B4 hoods, possibly other things as well. I think they quoted me $1200/pr. for carbonfiber fenders, but that may have been for fiberglass. I'll check my emails when I get home tonight.

I've used Sierra as well, and since they've been mentioned here's what happened (not that it matters since they are out of the Audi market now):
During their closeout sale I ordered two pairs of front RS2 brake caliper brackets, as written in emails and discussed over the phone with them. I was sent one pair of fronts and one pair of rears. I contacted them and they said to return the rears. I asked about getting another pair of fronts and they were gone. I sent the rear brackets back. They stop responding to my emails and phone calls. I contacted my credit card company, forwarded them the email history, and they reversed the charge for the rear brackets. I never heard anything more from Sierra. No return call, apologies, or explanations. Thank God I paid with a credit card instead of a way with less buyer protection.
I also had problems with my order, they either forgot the front or rear RS2 brackets, I don't remember which. I was not getting much response from John Nelson (Owner), so I emailed his son Mark, and it was taken care of.

Yeah, I was dealing with John as well. I felt a little bad about how my transaction went down, because of his son Mark's involvement in the online Audi community, at least prior to his going into the rally thing more fully.
The other part I wish could have been different is that Sierra had some brake rotor hat designs for Big Reds on 5x112mm and 4x108mm. The didn't have any inventory to sell, but could have provided some referrals to their machine shop to have some made. John mentioned the possibility, but that faded away with the communication breakdown.

Zlobo, thats quite a tasty looking kit your coupe has! Do you have any larger photos of it other than your avatar? I'd be intereted to see a front/side on shot.
