I got the price list without shipping costs. my friend told me that he is going to take some pics ... (told me this more than 3 times)

Hood - 500 euros
fender - 200 euros Each
bumper - 350 euros each
door - 350 euros each
Avant trunk - 350 euros

Probably in a group buy price maybe lower than this. He promessed me photos for today ... told that his computer is f...d

I realy don´t know much about shipping from Brazil to other countries ... I will try to talk to fedex or ups guys to see how it must be done or if you have any sugestion ... very welcome.

yes is the same price ... but as told If You guys can handle a group buy ... prices would go down.

As of last summer, Four Star Motorsports still had access to the molds from their S2 rally car. They could do either fiberglass or carbonfiber front fenders and modified B4 hoods, possibly other things as well. I think they quoted me $1200/pr. for carbonfiber fenders, but that may have been for fiberglass. I'll check my emails when I get home tonight.

This is the email I received from Four Star Motorsports in May '04:

Do you plan on a front large centre mount intercooler? I have B4 that we extended to fit a 5 inch thick intercooler on our car.
I also have Kevlar front fenders and a RS2 and also a modified front bumper with a huge air dam.

I can supply the intercooler pieces and you can weld them up, I can also supply a serious complete
motor with dry sump and a full management system, but that all depends on your budget. It would be built by my Audi Sport engine builder.

I would suggest a Audi sport 5 spd or 6 spd for strength, since you are already building it then why not go all out.
You will need to improve your clutch.

Turbo and exhaust manifolds again only dependant on your budget, water spray/injection, a combo of both can be hooked up through the
stand alone like Motec or through something like an Aqua mist system.

You can have a car that starts every time and have dry sump and 650 bhp with a full out Audi sport motor.

We can do all of that for you, let me know what your budget is like.

The composite pieces would take 2 weeks to make.

The carbon front fenders were $1500/pr, fiberglass were $1000/pr. They can also do Kevlar . These prices are in CDN funds as of 11/02. So pricing has probably changed a bit.

do these carbon bits bolt on with OEM hardware? And finally, how is fit and finish? Would the doors still take the interior door cars and handle all the OEM window hardware? Cheers, mate!

Yes, Just like original... Still with all original internals, as window machine, window glass.

Sorry guys these are for fiberglass. As told before I don`t work with it and I don´t want to make money with it. Just helping both parts. My friend and someone who wants to be on diet !!! But the prices can get lower ... as I told. If you want I can try to bargain a little.
Just please don´t expect for very fast answers as averything i must talk to my friend this stupid hate computers ... and this kind of thing ... I got to call him and then post it here ...

hi, if you could get a price for 1 bumper shipped to the UK that would be useful, DHL? FEDEX or UPS i guess as you say. Im sure it would be more cost effective to send them all at once, but i could be wrong.

Do all/this Carbon hood really need hood pins to go fast? Will the hood fly up without them?

Has anyone ever seen an old style 1990 Coupe hood in carbon (i.e. with out the hump)?

who had problems at only 200 kmp or do you mean in miles? is that carbon hood safe to fit????{now i,m confused} . PLEASE MORE....?????
