i'm not entirely sure lol i bought them for to go with gt3 discs on rs2 hubs but never actually got round to buying everything else..

steel i think.. but seem to be anodised. i'll try and find out tomorrow

yep, magnet sticks to them but they seem to have some sort of black anodising
