sold here thousand of things and never had an issue and if i had one i tried to sorted out soon as possible..when was my fault.

also i dont know if tha box has fallen from your hands or any other kind of accident...

Sorry but my opinion is that you cannot fault the seller if the damage is due to the courier service. It is clear that this is the case here and the buyer wanting a refund for the parts back wouldn't stand even on a shop that would have sold these parts with receipts and vat.

Clearly if there was insurance attached which there should have been as they are fragile parts, this would have been compensated by those who actually damaged it. Besides buying stuff from Europe doesnt have any taxes attached so you can afford some extra £ in courier insurance for some peace of mind.

If Rocco sold you stuff that were not as described then he is at fault. Even at the remote possibility that he just threw them in a box with a bit of tape around still doesnt make it entirely his fault but the courier mostly. Who is to say that the courier company didn't unwrap and messed things up for checks or whatever which made you think it was a poor wrap? In Rocco's history in this forum I'd hate to think that he would want to mess with anyone.

dont be catastrophic ! letting me replacing the intake wheel for a new one and try if you want the IC... i am 99% sure is still in top condition,if it does not,then go to a local shop where you can get it fixed and will pay for it

none wants these things like this... but we can sort out easily and you still got a real bargain!

let's be honest and reasonable! What happened happened blaming one other will not solve anything.

Personaly I think that damege in intake is very small and easy fixable! About IC the hollow is not an issue for the performance - plus it can be fixed with a speciallist!

I suggest partial refund and consider dispute for solved!

Seller is offering to pay for the cost of all repairs and/or help you sell it on PLUS repairs, what more do you want? Get over it. Sounds to me that the buyer is having second thoughts about spending the money in the first place...

Ok great sounds good I will send it to a specialist here in the uk I'm in Hampshire can any one recomend a place to take it to so I don't have to post it and I will drive it there in person and let them take a look

The only think i can say is that i now rocco for many years and is not the kind of person that sells bad shape parts and is very honest some times more honest that he should be . Hope both parts get of this mess with no injuries .
