Alex, you need a new intake wheel and ask for the IC repairing budget to see how it is.

I'll check after work if that wheel is sold at dhalback or from Audi

Easy to say in hindsight but shipping stuff worth that money HAS to be insured. In my experience, couriers are complete numpties who don't give a **** what they are doing. If you want something doing......

In my opinion, when selling and shipping the items must always be fully insured against these kind of problems - if the buyer didn't want to pay for insurance that is his/her prerogative, but clearly a risk was taken and it didn't pay off.
Really he should not have signed for the items, and made this damage the couriers problem. If it was me in Rocco's position, I would not accept any responsibility for damaged goods that were accepted and signed for from the courier.

Personally, I think Thomas is being very reasonable in offering to help with the cost of these repairs. The cable pulley is a really easy fix - replace it. The intercooler can be easily straightened by welding pins to it and using a slide hammer, and a fin comb to straighten the fins out.

The moral of the story here is always pay for insurance. Never sign for damaged goods.

Your stupid long address was problematic to understand for the spanish post... addresses has to be easy ,if not problems can occur.

You say.you wasn't asked for insurance?
Of course, you're the buyer... pay for it .. but WAIT! You didn't have enough money!
You sent me a ridiculous first offer which I declined with good words when I could have answered you go away mother****er... but I was educated.

If you want to haggle money,I'm not your man, for it,you can go to the Muslims market

Should I pay for your insurance too ,eh??

The box looks not bad at all... so knowing how it looks in my pictures before was boxed I bet that you have damaged it accidentaly with bad manipulation... that bend on the IC that's not normal

The box must show that damage for sure... it was a hard kick..

I'm getting tired about this, and your kind words about me or my person doesn't help too much so I expect that you'll end eating your stuff with potatoes

I don't know where do you want to go with me really...

You say... I hoped more support from me?? Wtf?? I was trying to help in theory someone's else faults and you come doubting about my honesty?? With payments way,etc..

Other guy will passed about you time ago... I should did it after your ridiculous first offer...

But ok,if you want refund, I can offer you 800€ for the Parts , shipped to Spain and with insurance

Lets all calm down a second.

Redally, what is it that you actually want Rocco to do to resolve this?

I think the main issue here is a communication problem. As a buyer, if I have any doubt about something that is not clear on the advertisement, I directly ask the seller or try to find out about the item itself, even more if the items are expensive. At least this is what I did on my last purchase.
                                The same about shipping.
It is obvious that talking about past things is easy, but let's hope this issues don't happen any more in the future.
From my poing of view, what Rocco is offering is more than correct.
                                Cheers.
