First moment I felt sad for him... but...
800€ after his kind words dedicated to me.

This guy or his wife have damaged both items together.

If not how can be damaged both items that way?

The wheel is broken thanks for the intercooler... and the IC thanks to the wheel...

If not... where is the box damage?? Can someone explain it?

I tried to help me offering what I told but this guy is too clever and wants a full refund LOL!!

I do not believe that Thomas would send out damaged parts like this, so it seems clear to me that this a case of damage in transit.

So has the damage been reported to the courier? Regardless of whether it is full insured or not that still have a duty of care to deliver items in teh condition they were sent.

Unfortunately I doubt it will matter now - they will not be interested if the damage was not reported immediately, for obvious reasons.
If this basic procedure has not been followed, personally I don't think it is fair to hold Thomas responsible.

We used www.correos.com that's normal mail here,as royal mail there.

I don't know Why FedEx wrapped it after....

I can't be responsible of the damaged Parts. So people at FedEx was playing football with the Parts OUT of the box... ( because that box is the original) and it seems magically how the Parts were damaged that way with in paper box MINT

Because is obvious the Parts were Perfect here ,and wrapped carefully.. if not,see the pictures or ask any of my other forum mates who has bought Parts recently

Rocco I never called you stupid you packed the IC so the bit that was damaged was on the floor of the box maybe a fork lift or pallet in transit done it but I can assure you I sent pictures to you as soon as I got home from work and opened the box anyway I'm tired of this. And he did not slag me off either here come all the *** lickers Rocco this Rocco's great he would not do that and this everything I said was 100% true it was poorly packed and there is damage on both parts I purchased as new condition I asked for a refund with no luck so what else can I do if he can replace the parts then I will live with it as I have no other option as I was not able to pay for goods on PayPal

Mine was opend buy customs and it had sticky tape saying opened but customs on it .

Arguing isn't going to resolve this.

If the parcel was not insured then that is problematic. A parcel of this cost should have been insured.

If the items were not described properly then that is another issue. If something described as new is clearly not then that is not cricket.

From what I have read, a solution has been offered to have the parts repaired at the seller's expense - this seems fair enough to me. If repaired items are not acceptable then they should be returned or sold to someone willing to take them on and the difference be refunded.

There is one injector mount broken,it just saw it.
That's my fault and will pay for a new one
Now remember that I put them ,the 5 pieces brand new 2000kms back that's pretty cheap parts by the way.



Guys,do you know if the intake wheel could be brought at audi?
If not I'll email the picture to Dhalback and ask for a new one
