-Cylinder Head with mechanic Lifters for High revs over 8500rpm
Head is ported, Chambers are littered, all Internals are Brand NEW! Special valves (bigger inlet),special valve springs, special camshafts,new hallsensoretc..all done by PKM Motorsport Germany (Costs were complete nearly 5000 euro incl. the new camshafts etc)
- Enigne Block, honed and bored (=like a ne one) with Mahle Racing pistons 81.4mm (first overbore step IRC) and Pauter Rods
- crankshaft modified lightweight Level 3 by PKM (heavy lightweighted and nitrated)
-01E DSY with wide first gear 6speed gearbox with replaced 2000kms back first and second gear and all synchros and a aluminiun lightweight flywheel

engine has done 500kms back, new water pump, cambelt,crank seals...
engine was bought with as much 2000kms and myself over the time i should did no more than 3000kms...most of the time stopped because the endless projects
never had a track day,only inspirated road driving sometimes. biggest effort was in December 2011 when it was mapped by Dmitri (PRJ) on a GT3076 producing estimated power of 575hp on 2.2bar peak boost and 1.8bar @ 7500rpm...
you can ask him how an awesome engine it is and how it breathes after 4500rpms...
Compression ratio is IRC 8:1 ,so loads of boost and ignition available
now i bought another S2,which is already done,mapped and ready.... so that´s the only reason i am offering it... if it does not sell, will be keep as a treasure
engine will go with brand new 2.5 tfsi coils and NGK good spec spark plugs
i would be pretty happy to let it go EVERYTHING TOGETHER for an awesome engine + transmission swap.... of course price will be fixed
