Early AAN Engine, loom, ecu and sensors etc 7a flywheel EVERYTHING £700!!!!!!

Selling my AAN engine,

this breaks my heart as once this sells im done with the A4 as it was the heart and soul of my car and no going back once its gone

its from a 100% standard URS4 donor car that was rotten.

cant remember the mileage on it as i thaught it was 128k, but that was the car i swopped/done a deal for the spare engine etc but it was not over 100k for sure.

Cylinder head removed for inspection but was perfect before removal,

Bottom end has NOT been opened up/sump removed whatsoever so still oil tight (oil drained and dry stored)

no smoke/rattles or high temps, boost cut was 1bar so no massive stresses.

Always ran on Fuchs 10w60, oil changed every 3k regardless as i had an endless supply of it lol (im a Cosworth lad, so this is what i put in anything old and turbocharged )


Engine has:

BOTTOM END.............

very early and very very rare (so im told) non wing`d sump

Choice of 2x oil filter housings, one with and one without oil cooler outlets (not fitted but both included)

**New crankshaft sprocket

7a Flywheel and clutch

harmonic damper

starter motor

front lower oil seal housing i think is there too

bores seemed good on visual inspection, no slop at TDC dwell and are oiled up so they dont currode.


CYLINDER HEAD

good early AAN head matching the block, only removed due to timing jockey wheel bolts failing after engine swop,

**10 new inlet valves

**new gaskets/o ring seals on water rail etc and valve stem oil seals

**new GENUINE Camshaft pulley

**new GENUINE Camshaft sensor

ELECTRICAL/WIRING ETC

Modified AAN wiring loom for easy fittment/retrofit/standalone?! (i will supply detailed wiring info and diagrams from Bosch that i have)

Early AAN ECU that has socketed chip holders (origional car was manual transmission)

i will include EVERY sensor/valve/electrical wotsit EXCEPT(no N75 or MFTS as i never used them)
MAF,

**new Coolant temp sensor at the rear of the cylinder head

"20v turbo" AAN coilpack cover with all 5 coilpacks, some of the boots will need replacing though due to age and splits (i taped a few up and didnt missfire at 14psi)

Complete with wiring to/from POS

both POS units included

i will also include 5x late coilpacks should you wish to convert over (i have about 15 coils, red, black and grey top ones, varying lengths)

o2 sensor broke when coming out but i will give you a 100% BRAND NEW BOSCH item

BRAND NEW OLD STOCK Crankshaft position and Referance sensors!!! (not fitted to the bracket, comes with origional sensors/bracket i pulled the plug off when pulling the engine out DOH!)

im sure theres more but cant quite remember to be honest, please ask if your unsure

Late S6 internal fan alternator (hard to find good ones!)

AAN water rail

AAN complete inlet manifold with fuel rail, Injectors, throttle bodie (inc TPS)

A4/Pi5srat 1.8t manual throttle cable (non fly-by-wire obviously!)

various engine mounting brackets from 7a or AAN, unsure what i have on it now!!

modified 7a camshaft cover for extra breather outlets

various brackets/mountings

various associated hoses/pipework including a prefect MAF to turbo hose worth £30-£40 alone

i will give you EVERYTHING i have engine wise as i will have no need for any leftovers sadly due to my very not good circumstances

i would like Cash on collection,

but i obviously respect a much wider market.

i would prefer you to inspect what your getting before payment,
this is purely as i dont like to see people unhappy or question aspects of items ive sold.

i have sold lots and lots of items, and even sent things internationally for FREE, never with any quality of sale problems

i will be happy for you to have the items collected by courier but once sold and gone, there is no quibble on items as i know everything was 100% while i had them with me i hope you understand this.

i can however "deliver" anywhere within the Essex area

So there, roughly £2000 worth of stuff by my calculator, even more if you strip it down to the crank, rods, pistons for seperate sale

if i get the £700 this weekend or a deposit atleast i will go and buy back the turbo and manifold from a mate who i sold it to, how fair is that???

then with the wastegate, 2x springs, manifold, turbo, oil/water pipes is an EASY £200

i just need a deposit, im happy to hold onto it for a month but need closure so i can get rid of the shell :'(

just had a PM off someone that made a bit of sense,

The engine isnt just odd bits ive got lying about.

it WAS complete from a running car with no issues!!!!

with a new headgasket, it would be complete again,

there is nothing missing except from the exhaust side.

ive not bolted it together so you can see what its like internally/head/bores etc

the bottom end is untouched, sump has NEVER been off it in its life
