Hi Mate. It's a shame its so damaged because as you say it looked in great condition.Another one sadly wrecked!!

So the front of side chassis and strut bent...how has that effected the Hub? I am interested in the front hubs. Cheers Mark.

I would imagine the hub itself will be fine, thought the bearing may not be.

Just to clarify the car is not currently being broken, I want my S2 fixed first, and may need parts from this, or for another project.

If the car is broken I will post up parts as they become available.

          Re-shell it into a B4 V6q saloon.

A lot of work, but a rare S2 saloon car when it is done.

You'd need to want to keep it for good when it is done though given the effort and cost.

Less work though than fixing that coupe shell ?

I thought about that before when I had a rusty ABY coupe. Came to the conclusion it would be more sensible to just buy an S2 avant, and a 80 saloon and just swap everything over.

Also the engine swap is a problem for me with insurance due to age, that is why I sold the 7A avant conversion.

I would love an S2 saloon, just not feasible right now. I could do a ghetto swap, eg just the engine, loom, ecu etc, and then s2 back end later, but the insurance would still be ridiculous.
