    Damaged S2 6 speed 'box

I'm getting my gearbox changed over the next couple of days and so will have to get rid of the old one.

If no one is interested I will just get it scrapped but in case anyone wants to fix it themselves......
    • Suspected bent selector fork
    • Crunch when downchanging into 1st, unless it is left in neutral for a few seconds
    • After it got stuck in 2nd in the summer and I denied to myself that it needed replacing gear changes have become slightly difficult on occasion
    • During running it is fine, but just these selection problems

I'm no expert so I can't make a proper diagnosis but will answer any questions regarding the 'box that I can. So if anyone has the means to repair this rather than it going to scrap then let me know

Looking for £170 plus postage, offers welcome

By the way I'd be after a quick sale - the 'box change should take place early next week so it will be convenient for me to plop the old gearbox on the pallet that my replacement one is delivered on

Haha that's a long wait - June 29! I'd happily take £50 as a deposit and keep it in my garage. By the way I am approximately 82 miles from Croft...
