Be interested to see some more pics, especially of the plenum shape.
Looks like someone has gone to a lot of trouble to cast that, but without knowing its precise application its difficult to know what it will be useful for.
Certaintly the competition Ur manifolds were fed from the rear but I have never seen a central feed. The Trans Am and ROC used the tapered plenum front feed.

No! Hence the need for more pics to try and visualise it fitted.
The usual Ur competion manifolds were like this:

                  Wasn't the 200 Rally either!
Must have been a developmental dead end once the effort concentrated on the 20V!
Thanks for the pics! Looks like it use the same throttle body as the Ur competion manifold, not that it helps identification. Looks too profesional a job not to be a factory effort, but for what purpose?
Of course a 10V TDi would have the same bolt spacing and a traverse engine would make more sense for the central inlet but why would it be branded Audi rather than say VW?
Congratulations on having such a mystery piece!

Seems too big to fit in the quattro engine bay have you tried fitting it?

Get pic of it fitted up if you have it? Is that one injector on each side of the runners down at the head flange?
