Yokohama AO48's 4 x 215/45 R17

For sale, set of four lightly used Yokohama AO48's. They've been stored one their side in the attic for the last 2 years, wrapped in cling film. 215/45 R17 Just unwrapped them and measured the tread at 3.5mm. New they're 4.76mm. Loads of life left.

Perfect size for RS2 wheels. New £243 each from Camskill.

- I ordered 225's from Adams & Page (official tyre supplier to the Elise Trophy Race series) but when fitted to the RS2 wheel they were way too wide. AO48 215's are the correct and safe size for RS2 wheel. They look the same/have the same overhang as a Goodyear Eagle F1 in 225.

I've tried 215/45/17 Toyo R1R's back to back with 225/45/17 A048's on my Coupe and much prefer the 215 Toyo's which look just right on the rim and feel spot on so these should also suit a Coupe fine as long as the wheels aren't over 8", a 7" or 7.5" would be best. GLWS

You're right, 215's are the way forward. The guy from Adams and Page wouldn't let me drive off with the 225's and insisted I drive back a week later for the 215's.
