it´s been don before a mand from holland,think it´s silver with setrue bonnet,don´t too much sau it at gti meet in holland in 1998,so don´t know the spec. maybee jeffer or some of the others from holland know abit more.

Now you mention it, I think I recall seeing that one in Performance VW years back... Very clean look, early bumpers, small back lights, silver, as you say, with a black Porsche Turbo script on the back. Porsche Cup 2 wheels as well IIRC. Nice...

It was a friend of mine,I was there too!You mean the dutch gti meeting @ Baarlo '98
The car is and was RS blue,and had a hole in the bonnet.because of the high wastegate /intake manifold positioning.
It was a standart RS2/ADU engine back then.

He won the special car price @ '98

Nowday's the hole in the bonnet is closed and the MK1 delivers 550hp,
and a 11.2sec/210km/h 1/4mile incl respondingtime.
Topspeed of 300++km/h
