These are high performance road / entry level track tyres. They have more tread than R888 / A048Rs, so are more suited to mixed conditions and also have stiffened sidewalls and soft compound for ultimate grip and handling.
I ran these tyres last year at ADI and in the dry, they were excellent. I also ran them on the road for a few months and they were very impressive in that arena too.
I have 2 tyres for sale:
Tyre 1 is just over 4mm tread with even wear over the whole width.
Tyre 2 is at around 4mm tread with wear to one edge with a couple of areas of light damage to the tread blocks, each about the size of a 20p piece. This is standard stuff from track use, what with kerbs and I would not hesitate to use these tyres again.
Both tyres are DOT marked 4811, so were made at the end of 2011. They have been stored indoors.
Price is £100 + post for the pair.
