              You dont need to fully remove the arm, just undo the 10mm nut and pull that assy from the gearbox. I do this when I bleed the clutch. Its not a hard task. Then pull out the plastic bushes and replace with the nylon ones and refit.

                  This is how they look after they come out of the printer. The 100micron brim is there to for purge and hold the bush in place while its being printed.

                  They take 33min each to print in 100micron layers. Thats 66mins per set. I do them in singles to maintain roundness because if you do them in pairs or more , the print head goes from bush to bush and there is drag/bridging between the bushes.
